Instructions
GENERAL INFO - Select accommodation type, city and area. Fill your property name (e.g. via Barberini) and the max number of people it can accommodate.
BEDROOMS - To add a new bedroom select its type, optionally provide some description (e.g. with TV, sofa bed, etc.) and press 'add'. To delete, check the boxes next to the desired bedrooms and press 'delete'. To delete all, check the 'all' check box and press 'delete'.
OTHER ROOMS - Instructions are identical to those for adding/deleting bedrooms. (look above)
AMENITIES - Check the amenities which are available in your accommodation. If you don't see a certain amenity, you can put it into the 'additional info' note and/or you can request for it to be added by us.
TRANSPORTATION - This sections is for you to explain what transportation connections are available to the potential tenants (e.g. bus #, trams, trains, etc.).
ADDITIONAL INFO - Anything that you feel like mentioning in your accommodation listing which do not fit in the above fields, you can put here.
IMAGES - To add a new image, first select it from your computer using the 'browse' button. Once you've done that you also need to fill in the caption field (i.e. provide a very short description identifying the image) and press 'add'. To delete, check the boxes next to the desired images and press 'delete'. To delete all, check the 'all' check box and press 'delete'. IMAGE SIZE IS LIMITED TO 90KB
OFFER PROFILES - In order to keep you from entering the same accommodation again and again in order to list different pieces of it for renting, we created this section. You can add different prices for different parts of your property, simply select the offer 'type' (e.g. choose 'Apartment' if offering the whole place or one of the room options otherwise), put the monthly, weekly, daily prices and deposit (0 for those that do not apply) and press 'add'. You can also provide additional note to the offer (e.g. if room, which room is offered, reduced deposit for shorter rentals, meal, etc.)
LANDLORD INFO - The only information we require from you as mandatory is your name and email, so that we can reach you back. Note, that your listing won't appear on our website before being approved. We also want to assure you that none of the personal information you provide in this section won't appear on the public part of the website.
