Fields:
City - the city you are looking for.
Area - area within city of interest.
Accom. type - whether you are looking for apartment, small studio, just a room, hotel, etc.
Num. tenants - select a number to make sure the accomodation has the desired capacity.
Arrival date - the date of your first night in the accomodation.
Departure date - the date of your last night in the accomodation (NOT NEXT MORNING)
Lowest price - the minimum price you want to consider for period specified below.
Highest price - the maximum price you want to consider for period specified below.
Per period - whether the price specified is per month, week or day.
Offer type - "Apartment" if renting the whole place. Otherwise pick the appropriate room type.
Check boxes - Select the amenities you consider mandatory.
